Return and Refund Policy

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 100 days without giving any reason for doing so.

Order is lost during transportation. In the case that the Order is lost by the shipping carrier according to the tracking code update or written confirmation by the shipping carrier. You can request a refund within 30 days of the loss or You can request a one-time reshipment of the Order. In the case that the reshipped order is lost by the shipping carrier according to the tracking code update or written confirmation by the shipping carrier, You must inform us of the loss by e-mail at support@fewwillhunt.com and any resolution of the loss will be at Our sole discretion.

Order is damaged or incorrect. In the case that the order is damaged or incorrect, You can request either refund or reshipment within 30 days of receiving the purchase. Please provide proof (photo or video and Order number) to Us along with the request.

Order is missing. In the case that the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but You have not received it, You should contact the shipping carrier, report the issue, and file a claim. We will assist you with this process if necessary.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 100 days

  • The Goods were not used or damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods marked “last call”, “final sale”, “warehouse sale” or otherwise marked as all sales final
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. We can also exchange a product for one of equal or lesser value.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
